Women opt for breast augmentation for several different reasons. The axillary incision, where the cut is placed in the armpit, can be used to place the implant directly above or below the muscle, but it can be a little difficult to place the implant due to the distance between the incision and where the implant is supposed to go.
You will also need consider the size of the implants and the results that you want. In this area, it is very important to be honest about what you want. Are you after a more symmetrical, sleek look, or are you looking for something more curvy? There are a wide variety of shapes when it comes to implants and sizes as well, and you’ll find that different women will “wear” the same implants differently. Make sure you know what your own goals are.
